# auto tranny problems

i have a 90 240sx with an auto tranny, when you put the tranny in gear the tranny doesnt go into gear it just sits there like it is in nutral i figure the tranny blew or sumthing along thos lines if someone else has gone through this befor and know a solution other than to replace the tranny please post

check the fsm and run through the diagnostic procedures, checking line pressures and such…

then you’ll know specifically what’s wrong and not some plausible guesstimate
