The touchless is amazing in my opinion. I went through it a couple weeks ago. My car was filty. It got everything including my rims spotless. The rims is what caught my eye…they were as clean as if I washed them by hand.
The only thing it doesn’t do is the underbody (I don’t think).

Depends on the carwash, personaly I hate underbody… nothing like streaming jet water into places it shouldent go
