Bump - So my roommate just “sold” his laptop. And guess where the shipping address came up? You got it… NIGERIA. He’s lucky he told me about it. He isn’t as aware of this shit as I, and others are and should be. They almost had him. I was just chatting with him in the lib, and he asked if I had a box to ship a laptop in. I asked where it was going and immediately started showing him what to look for. i.e. HTTP instead of HTTPS when going to paypal related sites. And obviously this person failed those tests… Sooooo, any ideas on how to fuck with this person? ---
