Hold on how is it a cold air intake if its still in the engine bay. Isn’t that a short ram?

Air hits off the windshield and is reflected into the cowl, where the air filter is located- therefore, it’s a cold air intake. 😉

That’s what I was gonna say, cause the last time I saw a windtunnel test the air going over the hood, never gets sucked in just flows over the windshield.

yea… good thing NASCAR doesnt use cowl induction. :stick: definately get some crazy cool air down there. its worth it. maybe not worth losing the vision off the whole right side of the car though

the hood and rims look a little to 1970’s for me. anyay, that is a short ram intake, i worked at a ford dealership, and i seen the new gts with the cai’s, and that isn’t it. it looks different, but i wouldn’t do it. when the hoods on, all hes doing is sucking in warm air to the intake. its a short ram. i im not a mustang guy, but if your gonna make your car look like that, it better be fast to outrun all the laughter…

Gaudy or not…with what looks like big meats out back and visible nitrous solenoids, it probably runs pretty hard- harder than most in this thread, for that matter. :doh:
