# Bad trans mount .. what to go with

Polyurethane or solid steel? what do you think would be better in the long run? I have no idea if a solid steel one would feel different or not or if it really matters? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

if you do either make sure you do the motor first. you always want motor to have a stronger mount then the tranny. if you never plan on replacing the motor mounts then put a rubber one in there. dont use a solid mount for the trans
