Well he left his beastly wife and his wife and inlaws were the ones paying for the car from what I heard. ---

So how would i go about “repoing” his car so to say? If hes late on all his payments talk to the bank and see if i can take them over?? ---

Usually when a bank repoes a car they auction it off so I dont know if you would be able to just start making payments and assume ownership of it. Ive seen several banks with repoed cars out front that theyre accepting bids for. Others go to T-Car in Burnt Hills and go to auction. ---
