Rules you should have followed. \*No disrespect to either parties.

1. Dont handle it on a car forum
2. Confront Badnewsmini in person or on the phone
3. If nothings resolved, small claims court
4. If you lose then appeal it
5. if you still lose after appeal and do not wish to proceed with any further action then jump to #7
6. If you win at small claims court yay! 👏 Mission accomplished, then you may post buyer beware thread
7. …You lose at court, take whats left of your pride back home and may this be a lesson learned jump to #8
8. If you’re a poor loser then just kick his ass or THEN ruin reputation on car forum
