we found ours on craigslist. $10grand. Check the multi-list? Or I know here in Pittsburgh, there’s an investment group that has a site. All their houses are wholesale for under $20,000. ---

Well id really perfer to live out in the country, so like sanborn, lewiston, ransomville, holland, eden area. I have zero intrest in living in buffalo. ---

You have to watch on these homes though, many need more work then they are worth…plus getting a loan on an inhabitable house is a PITA. (If you need a loan on it that is.) ---
