i know a guy who works there…
sounds like i should go get in a few laps. i hear it’s a blast, but too tight to drift on. i would attempt time attack on it.

I have pushed the limits at Batavia, alot of people saw me on 2 wheels there last year in the z3. Personally, I like the track, and I like the event but it’s VERY easy to fuck up there and not walk away without some damage. I saw an SRT4 and an e46 M3 both clip the guard rail there, and I’ve heard plenty of other stories. Hell I spun once and almost got the chain link fencee. Personally I go there to have a good time with some friends, but certainly dont drive the same way I do at a regular AutoX, almost zero room for error. It’s no surprise to me that there have been less and less people and less events at this venue.

yea its a pretty fun track. I never really push the limits of my car too much because I cant afford to mess up. Altho around the one corner I hit the brakes a little too late and the ass end kicked out a bit. It scared the crap out of me because it was right along side of the fence.
