Hi all, Up for rent is a 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of North Buffalo. The apartment for rent is the upper unit, and is very nice. The rent is $785 per month, and includes water, garbage, lawn care, and snow removal. It also includes off street parking and your own washer/dryer. Hardwood floors, great size bedrooms, very nice updated kitchen with a dishwasher, and great bathroom. Large basement, and large backyard with tons of space/privacy. The place is clean, beautiful, and it is on a terrific dead end street, so the traffic is limited, yet you are in the middle of everything going on, and walking distance to restaurants, shops, stores, etc. Flexible move in date as well. 1 year lease required, plus one month security deposit. I’ve seen this place and this is definitely worth the $$$ for anyone looking in the North Buffalo area. Those skeptical and want to live in a different area should really check it out…you may very well decide to stay there. Good luck! ---

This apartment has been rented, thank you. I am sorry, but I do not have anything else available at the moment. Additionally, I do not have anything in that price range.
