My hotel in NO this summer wa right by that cafe. Those little sugary fuckers are very addictive. ---

If you find a place that makes them around here, PLEASE post it! I haven’t been down to NO since before Katrina, and miss the Beignets dearly. ---

just buy the mix and do it yourself. i brought some back and we made it on the stove… wasnt quite as good ---
