To request a copy of your receipt, please contact us at 1-888-BESTBUY (1-888-237-8289). A representative will be happy to process your receipt request. When you call, the following information will help us search for your receipt: - Credit card number (for credit card purchases) - Register and transaction numbers (for check purchases–found on the back of the canceled check) - Date of purchase - Store location or store number - Amount of purchase - Item(s) purchased - Your current mailing address and phone number - Address and phone number at the time of purchase (if different) We have access to receipts on check and credit card purchases that are less than two years old.
