supplements with ephedra & caffeine used to be great for this, then the government had to go and ban them. I stocked up but its less effective as it gets older ☹ ---

hmm…intriguing. i bought a bottle of that ephedra free hydroxycut hardcore just to compare to the good stuff. maybe supplementing that with an ephedra pill would make it non-useless… ---
