thats a valid point. Iā€™m waiting to hear back from the Manager (via email, as thatā€™s the only way I can get in touch with her). Them having my card on an ā€œauto payā€ gives me no leverage. If they suddenly donā€™t get their money, perhaps they will compromise. If itā€™s one last payment, Iā€™ll chalk it up as a learning experience and move on. if shes going to try and nail me for another payment for November, Iā€™ll fight it. ---

Those places are such a fucking scam. When I worked at Key Bank I heard about this shit all the time. They count on people ā€œwriting it off as a learning experienceā€. They could cancel the payments very easily and quickly if they wanted to. They have the worst ā€œcustomer serviceā€ ever. ---

If they were antagonizing me like that then without a doubt Iā€™d cancel the card and say fuck them. Itā€™s very questionable whether that would ever make it to collections even if they have your social, and if they donā€™t have your social itā€™s impossible. If anything, wait til it gets to that step, pay it, and blame a bank mishap, and keep it off your credit report, but it will likely cost them money either way. ---

Theyā€™ve already hit it for this month, and Iā€™ve gotten it cleared up that that will be the last payment charged. This lady is an idiot though, and Iā€™m not sure if I trust her on that, as she has given me 3 different end dates on my membership so far. I really dont think they have my social, but i honestly canā€™t remember if that was one of the required things to sign up on the program I did. Any other members, did you have to give yours? ---

I use to have a membership there and never again will that happen. Fuck them for sure. I recommend everyone stay clear of them bc of the canceling process and payment bullshit alone, not to mention they are all a bunch of meat heads that donā€™t know what the fuck they are doing. Go to fitness 19, they seem to know what they are doing right now. I would say to go to the BAC but they like to ride your cock while you are working out and bother the living crap out of you.
