# best LCD monitor for under $250

must be brand new and from a reputable vendor… I’ll be using it for graphic design like stuff but understand it will only be meh in this price range.

this?

Both slightly above you price range but both are E-IPS monitors, seriously for Graphic Design, Photography you can’t beat that price.

I like my Samsung 24"…350 though…I’m assuming you want a 23"+ monitor?
