So what are you saying they pay less if it dont have a cat? Most cats pay $50-150 by themselves anyone that leaves them on is losing money unless oem cat has been replaced allready lol

was this car by any chance at the corner of route 50 and 146a in Burnt Hills for quite a while? I drove past there and the blue Cutlass that was under a cover is now gone.
