# Best video card for under $100

My brother is looking for an upgrade. Anything would be better than what he is currently running.

Just has to be pci-express x16, and geared towards gaming.  
The budget is 100 bucks or less. Obviously it’s not going to be top of the line, but he doesn’t need top of the line for the games he plays.  
No, he will not go over that amount, as the amount has more or less been dictated by his wife. ha.  
ati or nvidia, does not matter.
