Yeah so my hours changed at work for that next couple of weeks, so I went to the UB gym before 3PM and I didn’t have a parking pass. I’ve been going to the gym for 5-6 years at UB and never had a parking pass and I’m not buying one for a few weeks time. Best suggestions for an excuse on how to get out of this ticket? Theres an ub parking ticket appeal site to fight it so I was just gonna give that a shot. It was only $20…but kinda annoying. thanks ---

i’ve gotten 3 after graduating… haven’t paid them. It’s been 3 years. Still get warning letters about not being able to register for classes or obtain my transcript :rolljerk: ---

I made a faculty parking one when I was at Alfred Univ. because 90% of campus parking was for faculty, student parking was up the hill about 3 miles so it was lame and just scanned a faculty one. ---

yeah i am with lafengas. dont pay it and watch the hilarity ensue. mine were 30 each. then i get a letter saying they are 60 each. then 90, then magically they go back down to 30. then 60, then 90. repeat. they said i cant get my diploma until i pay it off. i say its ok cuz instead of one stupid piece of paper i am up to like 127. sweet ---

if its your first them theyll almost always get rid of it, if you send in the appeal. happened to my friend who was visiting from out of town. i sent in the appeal for her and she got a letter saying she didnt have to pay. ---

yea everyone gets one free for “forgetting” the parking pass. I got out of one by saying that I had my pass up but the parking person must not have brushed enough snow off to see it. ---

just make something up. the best one i did was told them the serpentine belt on my car broke and it started overheating, so the staff lot i was ticketed in was the nearest place to pull in. i said my friend came and drove me top get a new one and when i got back to put it on there was a ticket on my car. the people in the parking office are totally clueless and they had me fill out the appeal form and the ticket got revoked. ---
