Dump the clutch at 7500 and just give’r… It all depends on the setup. With a Stock KA or heck even Stock SR with Slicks your quickest way outta the hole will be just to dump the clutch at redline. Anything over 200hp you need to modulate the clutch slipping out of the whole on slicks. On street’s a whole different ball game… ---

My KA is weird… so unless I drop the clutch at 6000, I bog ☹ Hopefully SR will be better. ---

Like Sasha I always let off, even when slamming gears. I don’t think I can NOT do it, its too habitual. If you think letting off doesn’t work… I still chirp 4th gear when letting off while shifting. Its such a quick shift I don’t think it’d make any difference. ---

SON240SX does not condone street racing or any sort of dangerous driving be it at the track or on the street. However, if he wants to bait himself out like that, that his choice. Keep it on topic guys before Lockenstein comes along. ---

anything over 3000 if i dump it it’ll spin like a mofo, i think slipping works best, but going from 1-2, then 2-3, u guys think disenaging the clutch half way is ok ? sometimes i dont press it enough and it pops back at me :? ---

The first thing I fell in love with about the 240’s clutch, as dumb as it may sound, is the clutch stop. So sexy. So solid. No mush, no carpet.
