I have been to small claims twice for this kinda thing. Once for 700 dollars and once for 2400 dollars. Only a $30 fee to file it and both times i won they added the $30 dollar fee onto the money that i was owed making the defendant pay for it in the end ---

i think some people are saying not to get a lawyer because in general the results of other people doing the same thing arent very successful, but most people who get into lawsuits like this loose because they don’t have the documentation like you do, you have so much evidence i am really sure you’ll win good luck dude ---

NO i did not win. I had all the same stuff, before pictures, after pictures etc etc. was a huge waste of time / money. If I had to do it all over again I would just do the same amount of damage to something of his. ---

wayne what happened with George’s? I’ve had 2 windshields done by them and they’ve been great. Never did any upholstery though. ---
