if you put a import motor in that car people will say nice car until they look under the hood than laugh their butss off as they walk away trust me 🙂 had a stang with full saleen kiting and a 6 cyl and it happened all the time. miss the car wish it had more go with its show.

I had to return something and I had a coupon for 15% off my total purchase so I took a ride over to mustangs unlimited in Connecticut today, to pick up some misc odds and ends. I also picked up brackets for the deluxe seatbacks I scored on ebay a couple weeks back. Hopefully they should come in the mail tomorrow.
new window cranks and door handles
lower door grilles
I wasn’t happy with the brushed alum. inserts that came with my door panels I got a few months ago, so I have been on the look out for some better quality ones, I scored a NOS set to replace them.

Had some time after class today, and has a present from UPS. The girlfriend brought me lunch and gave me a hand mounting the door grilles and some other misc stuff.
I also restored the heater control panel.(didn’t get a chance to put the knobs on yet)
I got one seat done, but I realized the bracket set only does 1 seat so I had to order another for the other side. So Monday ill do the other side. Thanks again to my girlfriend for polishing up the stainless trim with some mothers polish.

sadly I wont be building the motor I want until next year, for what I want is 5-8k and will prob be more. However i’m doing some bolt ons to this motor that will transfer over to my new motor when I swap them.

got the bracket kit for the other seat in the mail today, some of the pics are crappy, the lighting was kind of crappy.

and down (ignore the rusty brackets they will be replaced with the correct latches)
