so after tearing the center section out of the rear end for the third time, I found that the pinon which I bought brand new was defective, the front of the pinon was out of round and there for when I put load on the car it shifted my backlash causing the ring and pinon to bind and destroy itself. So after a phone call to jegs yesterday I had a brand new ring/pinon and bearing/install kit show up on my door step free of charge. ![http://img34.imageshack.us/img34/8071/img3437o.jpg](http://img34.imageshack.us/img34/8071/img3437o.jpg) after a few days of sitting the rear leafs finally settled they advertise a 1.5 in drop over stock which was about right, I already had a 1 inch lowering block in addition tot eh drop leafs and I decided it wasn’t low enough, my pinon angle was also off. So I made my own lowering block with the correct pinon angle out of billet aluminum.
