How much does Ronnies charge to mount a set of tires on wheels that are already off the bike? ---

I’m still not sure if I need an inspection sticker I have Texas registration, but no TX inspection. So do I need to get a NY inspection, or am I off the hook because of the out-of-state plates? ---

And I since I’m a student I can live here 10 out of 12 months and still not be a “resident”. Honestly I would rather just switch everything to NY, but the process is so frustrating. Even though I have a valid TX license I would still need my birth cirtificate and SS card. And I hate the DMV lol. But the insurance is cheaper here in NY than TX by a lot! Probably because of the length of the riding season. ---
