I used to work and ride with tom…he was a good kid…this sucks I just saw him last night at cruise night, then I wake up to this, shitty way to go RIP TomTom ---

I feel bad for this kids family but to be honest he is a dumb ass for what he did and he paid the price. He put other peoples lives at risk for running and could have killed the person he crashed into. I used to ride and yeah, I was a dumb ass at times and would get on it, but there are places that are more suited for driving at a high rate of speed. This is just the start of the season so their will be more stuff like this. What I saw going to Lancaster last night does not surprise me that someone died. 90% of bikes we saw on the way to the strip were driving like assholes. ---

so heres my question now. If they stopped the two friends of his, they would be required to give the suspects name/the kid who ran, so that they could arrest him if he was to get away. If they did not give them his name, could they charge the 2 kids with aiding in a crime, seeing as they are allowing him to get away with a crime he is convicting? sort of like, the people that allowed bucky to stay at there house while they were there. aiding in a crime, which they were charged for. ---

RIP, not defending the guy but it’s pretty easy to do 70 on a sportbike and not realize you’re doing something wrong if you aren’t looking at the speedo. Running = dumb move though, especially on surface streets. I never did it but I’ve had friends that did at times. I would always pull over and the police would either go after the people who didn’t, or let me off with a warning FOR pulling over (after trying to get me to rat out the other riders)… ---

Probably kinda like when Dr. Mud fixed Booths leg after shooting Lincoln. He was in deep SH#T. Sucky thing for him is he didnt know who Booth was. But if these people did, they probably slap them with something like that ---
