I mean it makes complete sense. I’m unfortunately not a homeowner yet (hoping the market bubbles soon so I don’t have to pay 100-200K more than a house is worth) but the idea of moving to a more rural area is becoming more and more appealing to me. I live in FL currently, if I did leave FL it would be TX, mostly because I won’t move back somewhere that has state income tax. ---

i believe that. it doesnt make sense to me how people take out those huge mortgages just to pretend to be rich. I’ve spoken to dudes that have big job titles and nice salaries but $9k monthly mortgage payment for a mediocre home… at that math you pretty much cannot say no to the board (of directors) when they tell you to do ridiculous things. ---

I remember being at UB in the computer labs and many of international students would eat their food with their hands right out of tupperware then proceed to type on all of the keyboards with their greasy ass fingers. Many did not wear shoes or had their 3 inch toe nails out in the open for us to all enjoy. Fuck you UB, quit calling asking for donations. Eat my ass ---
