Since many have asked to see pics and hear how it sounds i decided to help out a little since i was bored. I for one, think it is a great bang for your buck exhaust! Buy it now!! The camera really doesn’t do it justice, it sounds a lot meaner and grumblier in person. Backfires nice and strong like shotgun shots (but that is mainly because of my motor), but still, with my old exhaust it sounded alot whimpier when backfiring. **Anyway - buy it!** ps. Bing did not pay me to do this… :lol: ---

How does it sound with the silencer? The megan ones sound like bumcrack with the scilencer IMO, sounds like it has an exhaust leak, whereas my A’PEXi N1 Dual just sounds like a quieter version of it when I have the silencers in. Just wondering if the silencer makes it sound raspy or not. The stainless and welds look pretty nice… ---

imo the silencers are faggity, they do make is a tad raspy but perhaps it is because they dont seal 100% or something? iono. thanks for the post Cal, ---

Some of the silencers I see are pretty cheapo, and don’t go in very far. The A’PEXi ones go pretty deep into the cannisters, so they dont rattle at all. ---

As for the silencer; it does not sound all that bad, but as mentioned it does leak a little. I would imagine that some leak more htan others since they are not all carbon copies of each other. Mine does not leak that much, but if you get close to the rear end you can hear a faint whistle. Its not all that bad if youre not picky. ---

Has there ever been any dyno comparisons between bing’s products (downpipe, catback etc) and the big name JDM stuff? The catback looks very pro, nice welds and work… ---

ya the exhausts that sound bad with silencer dont have a big silencer so the ehxaust dosent really get forced threw the fiberglass, my blitz nurspecs silencer is about 1.5 feet long ---

The catback looks very pro, nice welds and work… it’s just 3" pipe, this catback does not have anything to restrict airflow and has only very slight bends. mandrel bending is expensive so it kinda works out, less bends = cheaper = faster. the S14 version has only a sinle 30 degree bend in it, nothing from the big boys is like that that i know of. i highly doubt there would be very much difference in actual performance between this exhuast and a brand name one. the brand name ones are made in the same place anyways ---

Since i was one of the people who asked for this i would like to say **THANK YOU!!!** Now, if anyone with a stock KA has this exhaust and some free time please post up some pics, and vids of revs, idle, drive bys, or whatever you have because some (like me) would love to hear this thing on an NA motor.
