cobalt already has and has had a variation of this IN the factory radio. I have heard of a few fords to, but dont know if its true. Way around it? buy a car with NO gps, add it in later, and be sure to change the factory radio on your cobalt. ---

at least he (darkstar) is concerned with it, anymore, people are like “aw fuck it, let the gov’t worry about it, it don’t matter to me”… the problem is by the time people start to care it’s because they end up getting fucked out of one of their rights and at that point it’s too late. When the country was founded it was “for the people, by the people”… now it’s more like “for us, fuck you”. V for vendetta, big brother… something like that’s gonna happen eventually and it’s gonna happen gradually… shit’s gonna hit the fan and our “democratic” government will be an authoritarian and it’ll be to the point where we can’t do anything about it ---

EDR’s in GM’s take a snap shot of data at the moment the air bag deployed. It doesn’t track you by any means. ---

do you think they honestly need a black box in a car to tell what u r doing, satalites, and cameras on rds do a fine job of that now, and road side censors that look like mile markers are already way ahead of those thinking they are getting away with speeding, another thing is ppl get pissed about have a box in the car what about GPS in ur phone, that has been mandatory since a couple years ago, same thing, TRUE STORY! ---

Many people find income tax to be unconstitutional, but very few people do anything about it. Once something is around long enough, people (I really mean Americans) tend to forget about it. Sure people will fight it, but it will be tied up in the courts for a while. The government is too large to efficiently serve the people, regardless of the administration. It’s not GW that’s the problem, it’s the monstrous bureacracy and the fact that the people serve the government, and not the other way around. Darkstar…I don’t disagree with your stance on the Patriot Act, but I would like to know what you think about gun control…would you care to comment?
