the black mirrors make it look sort of cheap.
color matched mirrors always make a car look better.

Big no to the black mirrors.
Big yes to the black roof. I think it would look great and it isn’t so different that it would hurt the value of the car IMO.

the black roof is very appealing.
but you know there are a lot of people out there that will be turned off by it. resale doesnt mean shit to me and my vehicles simply because they’re shit.
However with a car like this it could potentially make a difference when it comes time to sell.

Wouldn’t that be like instead of someone getting an actual CF hood they just paint it black? Seems like a bad idea to me.

Well the main reason I don’t think it matters all that much is because it’s not going on the pillars or anything like that. And there are plenty of factory cars that have black roofs anyhow, making them somewhat mainstream and not “oh my god RICER!” style. Know what I mean? I guess I’m just making the point that it’s not THAT much of a change that a new buyer would really even think twice about. But I’m sure that there would be a few people that it could certainly turn off.

are there really that many new cars that come factory with black roofs?
to be honest i have never seen that. but it could be because im stuck in the 90s car wise.

I hate stock rims. I am a truck guy though and I like to raise a truck up.
but with black rims it really could bring it all together.

thought about doing it to my sti, example below. but then i realized if im going to do anything that i would do carbon. but i probably wont do it at all because it just isnt as clean looking. i dont know, i think it looks good on certain cars with a certain color. not yours though sorry.

90s cars probably did it more than now-a-days. Fbodys could come in body color/ ttops/ or black roofs. mine has a black roof and black mirrors from the factory

I think it looks way better on cars with smaller roofs
e36 coupes look hot with black roofs. I think mine is too big and it looks out of place.
I am pretty sure that Mercedes has a car with a black roof
Also, some cars have panoramic sunroofs which are really dark.
