Blackberry bold 9000 for AT&T, works flawlessly.

cosmetically 8/10, but the rubber skin covers all the scratches on the chrome ring around the phone.

The goods:  
-Rubber skin  
-128mb Micro SD card (you will need the SC card sleeve to use it on computer)  
-USB sync cable  
-Wall charger  
-Bluetooth headset  
-bluetooth wallcharger  
-belt clip

Pretty firm on the $180
