so 4.5 was released I wanna upgrade but i dont wanna lose all my numbers or my pictures on my phone is there ne way to store them so i dont lose them?

hm i downloaded 4.5 off blackberry site and its sayin that im up to date with latest but i know im runnin 4.3 wtf?

Find the file you downloaded, and delete the vendor.xml file. Then start desktop manager, and it should let you upgrade.
