Hey guys I have huge slop in my steering wheel when the car is running. But its nice and stiff when the car is off. This leads me to believe that I have a problem with air in the steering lines.

I had my HICAS line rupture at one winter and it drained all the steering fluid. After replacing the lines I felt the slop slowly come in to the point that it just feels unsafe on the highway. Any ideas as to how to bleed the lines?
