powder coat the pistons with alot of jet hot, then machine them down. should work. ---

looser tolerances = less friction anyways ā€¦ and less friction = more HP, i dont see the problem ā€¦ :gotme: ---

FYI, the 81M on the bottom is not the bore size, but rather the name of the forging. Notice how it is forged into the bottom of the part, and not laser marked like the job number is. In other words, are these parts actually 81mm? What do they measure .500" up from the bottom of the skirt?
