# Blitz BOV vs. Greddy BOV

my opinion that was kind of weak

I have the type S recirculated and love it.

The type R is meant for higher pressure applications. If you are running 16lbs and under I would recommend the type S. IF you plan on always running high boost then go with the Type R.

Recirculated runs better. The car bogged a little, as some noted above, once I recirculated it runs great.
