borrowed my friends M3 with this over the weekend, sounds so nice.
I kind of want this for my E30 but would have to hack it up to get it to work.

do it! if you have a gas mig you can get a 2lb spool of stainless for ~30 bucks. using the argon/co2 gas will work fine for this application but the welds will have some “black” in them, alot of places that rent the gas bottles will let you exchange for a different type for that fillup. you can do straight argon(better) or trimix(preferred) but not necessary imo.
werent these exhausts around 7-800 new? seems like a good deal to me…

If it was like $200 less I would think about it for my winter slut! 😛 Besides, I like being able to drift around on my way home from work at 3am and not worry about attracting to much attention with a louder exhaust. If it’s still around when it comes time to put it back on the road I may change my mind. LOL
