# BMW m50 fan tool

Looking to borrow the fan holder tool so I can change the waterpump on my bmw. I’d also like to borrow the 32mm open end wrench if possible as well, but that I can buy from sears if necessary. Thanks.

Hadn’t had a chance to reply to your PM, I doubt my oven is big enough for what your friend needs, but I have the 32mm thin profile wrench, and a spanner that works to do what you need.

Flat blade screw driver or pry bar works just as well, or a 10mm wrench with a notch ground into it.

Yeah, you don’t need this, but it works well. Also, a big crescent wrench works totally fine instead of a 32mm wrench, probably better off spending your money on one if you don’t already have one. Just remember to turn clockwise to loosen.

Frost1280 has my fan tool if you want to borrow it from him. I can have these made at work and they are exact except they don’t have a plastic handle. If anyone wants I’d make one for $10, can’t guarantee how soon they’d get done though.
