UPDATE: The driver of the other car was unlicensed and witnesses say the other driver ran the red light. ---

If it is true that he didn’t even slow down, go to the scene of the accident and take pictures to prove there were no skid marks. Stand by your claim that he was speeding, and that you could not get out of his way, nor did he try to swerve around you. Because he made no attempt to avoid the accident, you might get off better than you think. And you didn’t get a citation, right? Good luck, and glad you are both safe. On the passenger side you can see the other guys bumper and foam impact material sticking out from under the hood. My brother was at a standstill and he really got whacked… ---

It is nuts bc the other guy was driving a grand am. He must have hit hard enough to ram his LOWER bumper under the hood of my brothers car. ---
