Yeah I’m a huge newb and I just want to know exactly what a boost controller does, the only thing I know is that it can change the psi and what not…but how does it exactly work?

It lies to your wastegate, it allows less than the pressure in teh untake manifold to see your wastegate. EBCs usually, flutter a valve and can purposely create spikes as well as eliminate the spikes seen with a MBC.
