Well, there are a few different places to hike. Zoar, the gorge, stoney brook isn’t too far, etc… Group activities are going to be your best bet to have fun in the area. Other than that it’s usually going to cost some money to have something out of the ordinary to do. Do something weekly to stay busy. We play hockey everyweek and I’ll hopefully have those weekly football games soon too. It’s funny that people around here have such a hard time finding things to do. There are much worse places to try and have fun. We have a fucking lake for god’s sake. Go to the beach with people, swim, buy a kite boarding set up and start that, rent a kayak, etc. (also you can rent kayaks near Zoar and go down cattaragus creek) Obv with no budget you are extremely limited so like someone mentioned, maybe getting a different job should be your first step. Other than that, buy some lube and pull on yourself harder than a tractor pull in Arkansas. ---

I’m glad to see such insight on here :lawlz: It is hard to stay busy with no cash. I used to live out in Colden and when I was bored I would have a bunch of people over and have a bon-fire. Now that I am in West Seneca the thing to do is go for a walk/jog. If you force your ass off the couch it becomes easier. Excercise stimulates the body and mind and helps you feel less board because you feel as though you accomplished something. On crappy days, being a homeowner, there are ALWAYS things to do around the house So I focus on that. Clean the garage, decide to work on the car for no particular reason other than to learn how to do it, throw shit out I don’t need anymore, inspect things around the house to see what I “should” fix at some point. Now, when you have some cash burning a hole in your pocket some things that help eat time are go to the water front. You have Dock at the bay, Bedrock, That Seafood place, Root 5 (Highly Recommend), etc… You can also get in the car, take a lady friend, drive some way you have NEVER gone, and stop at a place you have NEVER been. There are TONS of things to do in the little towns around WNY. But, they all cost money. If you are saving money the best thing to do is to stay away from the temptation to spend money. If you are broke then don’t go DT. Have some people over and have a sixer. You don’t need to spend money to have fun. If all else fails then Jerk off. ---
