your question is loaded and stupid… I never said it’s wouldn’t hold up in court as proof she signed the piece of paper, I said it doesn’t make a contract legally binding. so fuck you.

If had some notepaper that says you’re an asshole notarized, does it mean that legally you’re now an asshole.
