So… Foreign or domestic? Because I think we can agree with 2 blasts 15 seconds apart right at the finish line the chances of this being an accident are looking real slim. ---

what sucks about the time right after it (now) is the wondering of who did it… it could be anyone really… domestic, foreign, politicly motivated or not… still, that pic is redic. ---
