Have you considered arguments of both sides or only read the wikipedia page and news stories? They should have/were punished for disseminating images but theres was such little reasonable doubt that she was in fact “raped.” If thats the precedent Ohio wants to set, then im happy to know I live in a world where any drunk bitch can convict me of rape by simply saying “I dont remember being fingered by him.” ---

The whole case revolved around them DISCUSSING the whole thing on video :lol: That was the whole reason for the turn around in the case. ---

Alright then someone call the cops on half the men in this wolrd because millions of chicks must have been legally raped by dudes trying to wake them up with their hands after a night of drinking. Im not denying their was obviously some questionable actions around the case but NOT rape. But then again im all for personal accountability and believe that bitch put herself in the absolute wrong position just like our Skateboarding friend. ---

Personal accountability is not fucking some passed out drunk chick. I drank and partied all during high school none of my friends were banging drunk passed out chicks…In fact this happened to a girl I know during high school(she was 16-17) by someone who was 18+ and in the military the person ended up getting beat up by 7+ people and the kids from Williamsville(kids from north/east you might know actually) were the first to get charged in NYS with some new gang beating law. The kids in that case knew what they did…Discussed it on video like morons and exchanged text messages and pictures. ---
