Jay I totally heard his accent come over the radio and say it. I don’t know why they are stating he put it online…I heard someone come across the radio and say that. Some news outlets are saying this: Suspect #2 possibly enroute to NYC from Boston in grey Honda CRV Mass plate #316ES9. Armed and dangerous. Possible IED onboard. Broadcast heard over Rockland County, NY 44-control…I highly doubt this is accurate. Now they are pinpointing a suspect on a porch using a laptop on Boyleston (sp?) street ---

Chat on the scanner app I have on my phone says they were told to shut the feed down because the police suspect the bomber was listening in. Fox reporting multiple explosions from a house police had surrounded. ---
