I still think that we should follow due process and enforce the rules the way that we all agreed to. I am very sure this asshole is guilty, and he will be found as such, he will receive the punishment that our laws dictate. ---

That’s how our system seems to work these days. If punishment was harsh and consequence was assured (no plea deals etc…) you’d see far less bullshit going down.
