No that was some 20-something dotcom millionaire from Cleveland or something like that. IIRC that was a Sorrento family place and he bought that and the place next door (similar size and whatnot) for $15MM. Or so the buffalo news reported.

my friend was doing remodeling work for a company the the kid contracted. apparently hes not paying his bills as of a few months ago.
