When I build my house this summer (hopefully) I will then be able to “take home” at LEAST an extra $1000 per month! That money will go into paying my mortage and building equity. ---

I have no taxable income. The income I have now I payed taxes on 10 years ago. Not my fault it had a 4000% return. What equity is greater than education and experience? I would rather spend my extra money on school and driving. ---
