Who cares about the square footage, it’s a great house. Nice kitchen, bath, living room, patio seems sweet, and best of all your extra garage. I think everything on the what you could really ask for in a house is on the list. Anything more is just getting greedy. Congrats.:tspry: X… ---

Liking the garage very much. The fire places in a lot of the rooms are nice too. I assume they are gas fireplaces? ---

How are PA taxes? Something like that around here is going to run you 25k+ a year. Im jealous of the garage, and the house is really nice too. ---
