I’m interested. Any reason for getting rid of it?

Does it seem to actually give you a half decent workout comparable to machines at a gym or is it different? I’ve heard differing stories about them but I’m very interested if they would work well.

It seriously gives a better workout!! When I was over seas, the only thing we did was work out and play risk, and everyone always hogged the bowflex

It’s a good machine to use. We just happen to be moving to State College in a few weeks and don’t really want to take it into our new place.

We are going to keep our elliptical but planned on getting gym memberships at the local YMCA down the street.
