this is crazy old or happened again. the article was written today but this was on the radio earlier this year.
the guys follow older people from the bank to their house so they know they have cash and ask to see it and take it. pretty genius for 100+ a pop if you dont have morals.

If i was the cop that took the report I would tell her that her car was under suspicion of being stolen and i need the keys to take it for investigation.
