Damn, this is incredible. I’ve always seen the concept drawings of racetrack “houses” or “garages” like this but I haven’t seen a walk through of one that’s actually built.

I like the concept, but as actual ‘sold’ property I don’t think it could ever work. You’d get one rich asshole who only liked loud noises when he was making them that would ruin it for everyone. Kinda like people who buy houses right next to a racetrack that’s been there forever then sue for bs reasons

Yeah, but they’re literally buying right next to a drag strip. it’s ~50 feet from the back of their house. I’d think you’d only attract like minded people to this.
Each place is setup so you can entertain and watch racing at the same time.
