Ive removed the abs control from the engine bay, and want to know if i can just join the lines together or do i have to change the master cylinder? or what else i might have to do.
Thanks

You’ll have to make new lines or use braided lines to connect to the others (like z32 front conversion lines)… the early 1990.5 z32 had a 3 port bmc (two front, one rear) which would work nicely then

I would assume abs and non master cylinders are the same on 240sx. It’s when you swap to larger brakes it is recommended to swap to a z32 master. Just try and join the lines, worst case you’ll have to run new ones.
